A few weeks ago I got in contact with Hiro Seiko, a Taiwanese manufacturer of RC tools and accesories. I’ve heard about Hiro Seiko when I read about their awesome coloured stainless steel screws. When I checked them out I found that they produce a lot more than just the screws. After some emailing back and forth they were keen on working with us, so hereby I want to introduce you to our new sponsor; Hiro Seiko!
After the jump I’ll show you some of their products.
Let me start with what I think is the coolest. These are 24K gold plated stainless steel screws, which are a lot stronger and better looking than the stock screws on your chassis. You can buy them either in a pre-selected set or seperatly in bags of 6 screws with a free sticker inside. This way you can make your own set if your type of chassis is not listed, or get some spare screws which normally aren’t included in sets from other manufacturers. They also have other colours like Tamiya blue, purple, darkblue, shiney black etc.
I am going to use these screws on my Yokomo DRB. There are some other parts on their way from various shops, and once everything has arrived I will rebuild my chassis and post new pictures on the site.
Next there’s the tools. Hiro Seiko sells basicly every size screwdriver or nutdriver you need, both metric and imperial. All their screwdrivers come with tough HSS steel tips and a lightweight aluminium handle. You can even buy colourcoded aluminium caps to help identify your tools.
Another set of gold screws.. But these are for my transmitter! Hiro Seiko has these in many different colours for Futaba, Sanwa and KoPropo transmitters. I chose gold to match with the screws on my chassis. Now, my transmitter isn’t the best example as it has done years of offroading so its battered and bruised, but the screws already made it a lot nicer.
Hiro Seiko sells a lot more than what I have showed you here. They have all colours screws, washers, nuts, they have oils and grease, alloy steeringwheels, etc. etc. Go check them out at www.hiro-seiko.com, I’m sure they have something for you!
