For last weekends demo at the 100% Tuning show in Rotterdam our buddy Edwin and I decided to finish our long overdue J-policecar project. The cars were obviously build in a different style. Edwins R34 is a scale replica, whereas mine is a typical drift car with a police theme. They did look damn cool running next to each other on track though! Before we smashed the cars to bits, we decided to take some cool pictures with the RC Drift Events scenery.
In Part 4 of the Pro Tips with Jilles Groskamp, Groskamp continues assembling his championship winning TRF416WE. He tells you how to assemble the chassis without any tweak, including the stabilizers. He also has some tips on how to maintain your CVD’s and how to reduce or increase the play on various parts throughout the chassis.
Last summer I bought a Tamiya TA05 Eagle Racing conversion for testing. I’ve been trying it on several meetings and demo’s since, but it couldn’t convince me to retire my former chassis which is a HPI Pro4.
In this episode of Pro Tips with Jilles Groskamp, Jilles will show you how to assemble your main chassis components without tweaking the chassis and how to assemble the suspensionarms with the perfect amount of play and movement.
